It is used by a huge number of organisations, which means it is constantly maintained and improved. It is mature and unlikely to date quickly. And it is secure — no technology is flawless, but vulnerabilities in this stack are found and patched fast.

It depends on scope, complexity and the engagement model. A tightly defined enhancement to an existing system is a very different cost to a new platform built from scratch. The biggest variables are the size of the build, how much of the architecture already exists, and whether you need ongoing support afterwards. The most reliable way to get a real figure is a short scoping conversation – we would rather quote on what you actually need than publish a number that does not fit your project.
Yes. A large part of our work is supporting, maintaining and enhancing systems built by other teams, whether through ad-hoc support, a retainer, or a deeper engagement for major changes.
Yes. On reviews and UI/UX work in particular, we can liaise directly with your developers to get changes implemented, or implement them ourselves — whichever suits your team and timeline.
Our preferred stack is MySQL, a RedHat-based Linux OS, Nginx, Node.js and Vue.js, chosen for being open source, mature, scalable and secure. We also work in SQL Server, Oracle, Windows Server, Apache, .NET and C#, PHP, Angular and React.js where a project calls for it.
