Digital Business Coaching is a fixed-price program where Arvo builds your website, sets up your hosting, email, social accounts and ad accounts, configures the AI tools that’ll actually save you time, and then trains you to manage all of it in house.
This is built for business owners who want control, not dependency. You might be launching a new business and need everything built from scratch, or you might be an established business whose digital setup has been cobbled together over the years and needs a proper foundation. Either way, the program assumes you’re capable of running your own digital presence once you’ve got the right systems and a clear walkthrough of how they work. It’s not for businesses who want an agency to manage everything indefinitely. If that’s the goal, our ongoing managed services are a better fit and we’ll say so.
We build a functional starter website on WordPress, Shopify or Squarespace, whichever platform suits your business type and budget. This isn’t a placeholder site. It’s a real, working website with the pages your business needs to start taking enquiries or sales.
Your website is set up on proper hosting from day one, not a throwaway trial account you’ll need to migrate off later. We also set up your business email, either a free option or an MS365 business email if you want a professional @yourdomain address, and show you how to manage it.
We set up practical AI tools for your business, things like ChatGPT for drafting content and answering common customer questions, and Canva’s AI design features for producing social and marketing assets without a designer. We show you where AI genuinely saves time in a small business (content drafting, first-pass customer responses, image creation) and where it doesn’t, so you’re not relying on it for things it’s bad at.
The program closes with a structured educational session, run as a half-day or full-day depending on how much ground we need to cover. This isn’t a generic “how to use Facebook” walkthrough. It’s built around your specific accounts and your specific website, so you leave knowing exactly how your setup works.
We start with a scoping call to understand your business and what’s already in place, since most businesses aren’t starting from zero. From there we build the website, configure every account, and connect the AI tools relevant to your day-to-day work. The training session happens once everything is live, so you’re learning on your actual systems, not a demo environment. You walk away with a working website, fully configured accounts, and the knowledge to run all of it without needing to call us for routine tasks.
If you want us to keep running your SEO, ads, email marketing or social accounts long term, that’s a different conversation, and we have dedicated services for each of those. Digital Business Coaching is the option for businesses who want to own and operate their own digital presence after a proper setup and handover. Some clients start here and move to a managed service later once they’ve outgrown doing it themselves. Others use this program precisely to avoid an ongoing retainer. Both are valid, and we’ll tell you honestly which one fits your situation during the scoping call.
Digital Business Coaching is a fixed cost of $5,000 + GST for the full program: website build, hosting and email setup, social and ad account configuration, AI tool setup, and the training session. There’s no ongoing fee unless you choose to move into one of our managed services afterwards.
